It took him only 13 days to deny the request (90/009,591) on Nov. 4, 2009 but the decision has been petitioned and granted (Aug. 12, 2010) another reex on the same claim 29. It seems that a Motorola and Mueller prior art was included in the supplied documents but not formally noted in the denial. Corrections welcomed

Hopefully Rimell (previously on the re-certed '336 and denied '336 request) will make quick work of this one.
