Prior to joining Digital Management, Mr. Luti served as Vice President of Strategy at Northrop Grumman's Information Systems sector where he played a leading role in defining the sector's growth strategy. He was responsible for interagency management for homeland and cyber defense, security cooperation, international defense agreements, national space policy, defense plans in support of military operations, and defense transformation. Previously, Mr. Luti served as Deputy Undersecretary of Defense where he managed the Department's relations with 27 Near Eastern and South Asian countries. Mr. Luti served 26 years as a naval officer in a wide variety of assignments, including the Chief of Naval Operations Executive Panel and Strategic Studies Group. He commanded an aviation squadron, an amphibious assault ship, and an amphibious ready group. He is also a veteran of the 1991 Desert Storm air campaign. He received many honors during his naval aviation career including three Legion of Merit awards, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Strike/Flight Air Medal. In 2005, he received the Defense Department's Distinguished Public Service Medal. Mr. Luti has a doctorate and master's degree from Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
