We are currently in PTSC's second fiscal quarter, which ends on November 30, 2010. As such, any valuation would have to be based on the second fiscal quarter ending November 30, 2009.

On this basis, Rule 14a-11 will not be applicable to PTSC for 3 more years, as previously stated, and I would ask what would be the point of nominating anyone until such time while Rule 14a-8 was still effective.
