Milestone was not the be-all end-all and final say on these matters, yet you persist in arguing with him and not taking any further action. In real life we call that making excuses. Since you are so convinced that Milestone is wrong, go ahead and do what you have to do to get on the ballot. Enough with the arguing about whether ptsc will fall under whatever rule.
