In today's Internet age, Swartz should not be getting away with this BS. Putting his own people on the board and claiming he did not receive inside info as well as not claiming his option as part of the 10% rule is BS.

That's the part that bothers me that Swartz had people on the inside. He traded with a definite advantage over the rest of us. I sure would have liked the same information he was receiving.
