Think about the rationale for settling this one at this point in time. Looking at the settlement wording, I would think PTSC could have agreed to this kind of settlement long ago. Why now?

Would not the primary purpose be to put pressure on Leckrone? If it comes down to which entity can hold out longest, I suspect this move adds some significant hold out time for PTSC. Applying whatever pressure they can at this time is the important motivation, not the outcome of the ARS settlement itself.
