I went back and read my statement... did not see where I said the deal was related to 1/4 #'s.... The #'s you threw out where not based on any value... I assumed you picked them out of the thin air... When you quoted those #'s I assumed that you had not read the last Q's results... My assertion was we used a 3rd parties expert knowlegde to come up with a fair value... did you read the 1/4 results(or I should say remeber this from the 1/4 results...)???? How did you pick your #'s... I also saw this as good news...your remarks seem to go right to the negative and to negative #'s....
