good questions. It would be a great start if you can get valid answers to them. That is the type of information and insight that a ``real`` public company gives to the investing world and especially to those who are already shareholders.

PTSC and dare I say TPL are not the CIA and therefore do not have a duty to keep ``everything`` close to the vest and secret. My main question to them would be why are they so secretive? And I am not talking about having them tell us their negotiation tactics or items such as that. Just questions such as yours are what we need and honestly deserve.
