emtnester, Thank you for your efforts. I wanted to let you know that there was a "tenative date" that was mentioned in one of the communications to Pete or SEC (about Pete)from the BoD. I can't remember which one and I have to leave to the rest of the afternoon now. I am hoping that we get sometheing from the BoD on what they plan to do with the settlement money today or Monday.
