I wonder if the dispute between TPL and PTSC has stopped all licensing activities.

From a business perspective it would be incredible stupid if all TPL-employees were instructed not to use the positive re-ex result from August to conclude further contracts.
Because the "only" open question is the ratio of distribution of the licensing money between TPL and PTSC.

Any thoughts?
