I think that would be wonderful. I would like to suggest that we have at least two or three meeting places to make it easier for most. Maybe we could have a group meeet on the east coast and another one on the west coast and confer with each other during the meeting. It will probably depend on where the law firm that we hire is located. Does anyone think that we should invite at least one BoD member to the meeting to make it fair?
