Folks start a tree with saying I will be at _______ at__________ on such and such a date in say Chicago (remember that is where all the shareholders are (I could not help being sarcastic sorry.)). Responses could be I will be there also or maybe a slight correction in time, date or place. Set a time limit for responses and or collective agreements to logistics allowing for changes say for a five days period from the first suggested meeting place.

If only two can make that first meeting because thats all in your area or for whatever reason it is a start. If it is good enough to be said by God in the Bible it should be good enough for us.

Pick a place like a Marie Calenders or a Mimi's Cafe or a locally known homestyle restaurant. I said Marie Calenders as I have attended large meetings there as well as one on ones. This could be a great way to start. Have some one take minutes. After the first meeting that is when one or two or more that were at each meeting can try to make a regional hookup.

This message board can be Meeting Central. It is where almost everybody goes now so those who only check in once a week or so can find out what is going on and nobody will get lost at a new location. Plus nobody wants their phone to be ringing off the hook.
