This line from the PR means what??? Who is in charge of the info flow? Does this mean that PTSC is now in charge? Or is it still with TPL approval that info gets out? Did TPL issue a PR about this MMP license sale? I have to check their web site or maybe someone else can before I get to it. Could PTSC have sold it on their own? Just wondering and dreaming out loud.............Anyway this part of the PR made me start thinking:
