PTSC is suing TPL for monies owed through a loan to TPL.....

Today PTSC announces a MMP license sold to Dresser Industries by the TPL Group

Though it says that the MMP is jointly owned by TPL and PTSC I wonder if the wording of this announcement somehow is trying to tell us that PTSC is now part of the TPL Group or visa versa?

I know I recently wrote that PTSC could not sell their portion of the portfolio without the approval of TPL but that does not mean TPL and PTSC can't decide to merge on their own in house. One way to pay back a loan is to merge assets.

I will not take offense when all of you jump all over me to tell me that my speculation is all hot air and I have no idea what I am talking about. It will not be the first time.
