To Shareholders

I have posted a lot of historical information today with the sole purpose of asking you this:

1) Do you believe, without a doubt, that the actions (or lack of) of the current BoD of has had no negative impact on share price?

2)Do you believe, without a doubt, that the next NIRC or the next ten NIRCs will be the singlular event(s) that will increase the share price?

We need to band together as a united front to implement change. For the moment, let's not focus on who did what, who is right or wrong but rather let's focus our attention on what, if anything, may be changed in our own corporate bylaws to bring about the changes that strengthen shareholders rights and benefit us (all of us) and not just a handpicked few.
