I still think it will be proven that both Moore and Fish sold their rights to the ShBoom patent INCLUDING patent 336 and that it will be shown that Fish did indeed invent the internal clock outlined in this patent. In the Novix commentary by Moore he states he sold the ShBoom to Patriot if I`m not mistaken (thank you ads!) and we already know Fish sold the same to Falk/Nanotronics/PTSC.

This will be an interesting fight and it will take some time (although I wouldn`t be at all surprised to see Intel make a bid for the company at some point or at least settle out of court). Realistically $3 - $5 would suit me just fine!
