If only someone had alerted our BOD that something like this could have been going on due to the way the commercialization agreements were written, and the way concurrent licensing of different portfolios was going on.

Dang....if only someone had seen this coming and alerted our BOD or CEO(s).

Man, just think if only someone from PTSC had been alerted to the possibilities and had looked into this years ago, just think what could have been averted.

If only someone had asked specific questions of PTSC as to how they were ascertaining the expenses charged to the MMP licensing efforts by TPL/Alliancense to make sure they were legitimate.

If only someone would've questioned the license amounts paid by companies who licensed the MMP and another porfolio. Too bad one or more of those companies weren't household names and industry leaders so that some sensible observations could be made!

If only....someone wasn't asleep at the switch!

Oh well.....at least PTSC is SEC compliant!!.....er....or ARE they?!
