We are probably out a couple tens of millions, at least. Even at that, the BoD will likely grant themselves a pass.
The only consolation is hoped-for transparency due to the lawsuits. At long last it will at least be in our best long-term interest to have everything put on display with the chance that we prevail to such an extent that perhaps we end up with the majority of management and MMP earning power going forward.
I would sure love to be in the deposition rooms to hear the testimony of:
The representatives from the licensees involved in license negotiations
and
The CFO of TPL
The accumulation of all the facts is supremely warranted, no matter the cost.
It is time for full disclosure.
Then it will be time for major change.
Then we may get to the promised land.
