They were alerted years ago. But, based on their "qualifications and experience" and "under the circumstances" they did not know what to do. After they had to go public, that TPL suckered them on the unsecured loan, they were forced to take a stand.

That's the mentality that has lost on every investment and destroyed shareholder value.
