Ron, thank you for pointing out my error...

Ron, I want to thank you publicly for pointing out that I was a bit to hasty in saying that the "alleged tele comm" company involved with TPL should of done better DD when they signed the agreement. You are 100% correct in that there are dozens of public documents that state that TPL is co owner with PTSC of the MMP and therefore a company could certainly claim with reasonableness that they thought for sure that since TPL was the selling agent of the "partnership" that it was fine to sign an agreement.
I guess I was just displaying my frustration once again as I have over the years at the many "one sided pluses" in the MMP that seem to have been written and agreed upon for TPL and my favorite people the Leckrones. This news is just another issue to stir my ire, delay who is really "on first" and "what" is really going on.
The way things are going unless there are some drastic changes soon why should any serious company settle for any substantial sum on the MMP when they can play along with the Leckrones (if they can get a mixed deal of TPL patent and MMP patent rights) for not a great sum or just file another prior art arguement or just string it along until ptsc and tpl are broke. It is my opinion that will almost certainly cause some angst by some fans of the Leckrone family but it is my opinion and no I do not have any facts to back this statement up but I feel that the Leckrones have seen to it that no matter what happens to the companies they personally will remain solvent.
With CJ at the helm of ptsc and no apparent rush to leave his post or be pushed out with all the news circulating, it really begs the question what can we do?
Once again Ron, my friend, I thank you for clarifying an issue I should of left alone. Thanks for your wisdom and time spent on sharing it with all of us. And thank you for not chastising me by name for jumping to a conclusion that a major corporation was in collusion with TPL, though you did not mention me I once again publicly apologize to your and to all who read that part of my post.
God Bless
Marc
