Message: Moore vs. TPL lawsuit

even if it is some other tele comm firm in the Silicon valley and the information is correct that TPL co-mingled our 50% of the mmp with their chips and hid the true value (and most importantly our rightful share of the license proceeds) of it from us then in my opinion they sold something they did not own. And the tele comm company whatever they paid needs to seek redress from TPL because as I see it we still have every right to go after a license (or one half of one) for ptsc.

I am not an attorney and Ron can correct me but if someone sells me a car or a house and I do not do due dilligence as to the rightful owner I am not to bright (and Steve Jobs is not stupid by any stretch). But if the tele com firm saw the possibility of getting away with a "steal" because the seller was desperate (tpl) but still did not make sure that the person or entity owned the property free and clear I think there is a problem.

If it later turns out that the "seller" or so called owner did not have clear title then the sale is null and void. The orginal owner has a right to reclaim their property and the purchaser would need to seek redress from the con, oops, the entity or person who sold said property proclaiming they were sole owners or majority owners as the case may be.

Though we may have made TPL the agent to sell licenses that did not mean we meant that TPL could give them away or take a larger % of the proceeds from any sale per the MA.

Apple or whoever would or or should of made sure that they were purchasing a license from the appropriate party and made sure that the license was clear and consise if it was not then I think we have a case.

The other item that you (Wolf) mentioned is the question of the hour... why did we loan seven figures to TPL without security? Who authorized the loan? Maybe this is an item that the SEC needs to investigate or we shareholders have to see whether there was behind the scenes fiduciary ineptness on purpose being perpetrated on ptsc by our Board. I will take the chance and risk of being sued personally by saying that I do not trust the Leckrones as far as I can throw them.

All of the above is my opinion.

Marc
