We depend right now on Carlton Johnson, CJ, doing an exemplary job of coordinating, analyzing and discovering the best possible methodology of handling the MMP and everything associated with it. THIS MUST HAPPEN. Something happened last week and there will be more in the future. I hope we get to know sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, the eternal mantra with PTSC, we wait.
Chuck Moore is going after DL as he should. Good Luck, Chuck!! I hope you can become part of the PTSC team. I firmly believe he is an honest man looking for his fair share of the pie. He deserves it. I would be honored to have him as part of our team.
Right now is the best possible time to go after infringers. It has been reported that businesses are hoarding funds, trillions, with M&A the best it has been in years. Now, is the time to strike. Hundreds, if not thousands of companies are continuing to infringe.
Action needs to be taken by the BOD and specifically with CJ in the lead and CF not too far behind, to resolve issues in a fair manner, to address other justified concerns of affected parties but to ensure PTSC is given the reins to run the MMP operation. This will cost money, much lawyering, and unfortunately a lot of time.
Criminal and civil proceedings need to be expedited if required. I hope that resolution is being worked out as we patiently wait. We hear nothing but there are probably many cogent reasons that this is occuring. Legal decisions are close hold and there is no way outsiders are going to know the results until release is authorized.
Another words, we shall see.
