Wolf and Ignite,
Your statement is not harsh but evidently true and I have stated such previously. He is the responsible party.
You may be exactly correct. I hope you are not when looking to the present situation. It is up to CJ to prove you wrong. As bad as the past year and a half has been, now is the time to correct. The past is the past. Right now action must be occuring to get back on track.
If he is an honest man, which is questionable at this point, he knows where all the bodies are buried. He knows the damage that has been done as the PTSC acquiesed to the tune TPL played.
My hope is that all the lightbulbs are turned on in PTSC headquarters and CJ will prove that he does have not only our best interests at heart but also his own.
The efforts now and in the near term will determine the fate of PTSC, the Board of Directors and the entire enterprise. There is no tomorrow, so to speak. Today is the time for serious action.
Legally, things cannot be disclosed but the near future should display their action or lack there of. If there is none, the only thing left will be investor recriminations.
When the money was coming in, Goerner and the board ignored MMP as a thing of the past. PDSG was the future as the pie chart suggests, and their eyes collectively forgot about the crown jewel as it was being pillaged. The CEO, Goerner, said it was the past and it appeared to be tied up it seemed at PTO forever. The hands off approach was solidified by the fact that Leckrone was the only one bringing in the bacon and the BOD cowered in his presence. There are valways consequences for poor action. I hope that CJ is going to correct the past.
