November injunction? What would this do to PTSC if granted?

Seems like an important legitimate concern for PTSC. Potential here for Moore's lawsuit to hinder any progress we might make with TPL. PTSC and Moore(and his lawyers) need to be talking. On the other hand, the double injunction might be enough to compel them to negotiate. Ronran....your opinion?
