I think the amendment 1 was to Moores' understanding a means to give him an income of 15,000. a month, reconfigure the percentages of the split with TPL. However what it actually did was assign the patents to TPL. Moore stated that his lawyer never signed the agreement that in fact Lecktrone was acting as his lawyer hence no other lawyer representing him as evidenced by no additional lawyer signature. Since Lecktone was acting as his councsel he breached his fidicuary duty by decieving his client. Just stating from memory that which was taken down from Moores' website. All just to my understanding.

I think a key issue will be if in fact DL was, or was not acting as his attorney.
