this is currently how i see the mess in my view and my opinion.
we spent years making several variations of chips from designs spent much money.tpl then decides it is all his. we go to court waiting for the judge to decide. during this time fish sells us his 50%. we instead of waiting for a decision to see if we are entitled to more than 50.% doing the chips should have counted for something. pressure is put on our co to strike a deal. my information has it is es takes all the credit. his right hand man negotiates the deal, which he thought was good as history tells us any tpl was or is bad. now we also give tpl millions of shares not on restriction but on the stock hitting .75 cents. we had a great market in those days the stock soars whether through any manipulation we apparently do not want to know. after the glorious days es is just about out of stock and steam for our share price.erodes
now comes tpl after the sony deal 3 representatives from our co confronted tpl and he told them his view of ptsc shareholders. he has had no respect for us then now or ever in my view. he will attempt to strike a deal as he always does. i view after es was done with us out of stock tpl figured he was next after all he figured he had nothing to lose. did he lose not yet anyhow.
now what are the options. if the bod makes a reverse split es will be happy to do a new financing it will temporarily move the stock . are we waiting for the judge to decide. our fate. or are we waiting for the bod to finally make some executive decisions without being told what to do . my view i do have faith in cliff to make the right moves but he is one man.
as far as me much much of my stock has been sold in this bad economy to survive what a couple of years do. yes i bought stock out of treasury to average down some still restricted not worth the money to get it unrestricted. by this averaging down over almost 20 years my average is around .43 .45 cents the same as many of you. be well
