"This isn't the first time Leckrone and his licensing companies have been sued for such activities. He lost a case in Santa Clara CA Superior Court a few years ago and his own attorney Archie Robinson has sued him. See 1-01-CV-799933 and 1-09-CV-149676 or search "Leckrone" on the Santa Clara Superior Court web site at http://www.sccaseinfo.org/civil.htm . This guy just can't seem to stay out of court."
