I think PTSC/TPL should reach a settlement because as you say the licensing has come to a screeching halt. This lawsuit does no-one any good and to have this litigation over our heads is asinine. I'm sure PTSC could put accountability on Leckone and his son to oversee the licensing effort. This must be done today, so we can put this behind us. Let's settle on all the issues and turn our focus on the potential infringer's and the cases in No. Ca.

I agree Wolf this thing needs to be settled between TPL and PTSC so the licensing can continue.

With the news that the USPTO has rejected the request for another reexamination of the 336 patent, I would say that its time to get tough with those infringers that have delayed licensing and with the A's by taking them all the way to trial if need be and only settle for big bucks. The 336 has survived he USPTO process and emerged strengthened. Its time to make an example of a company or two so the rest will take us seriously. Unfortunately with a major hurdle out of the way we have the TPL fiasco blocking licensing. Tick tock tick tock.
