To be clear I only heard her say that she didn't think "he" knew. That does not mean that he didn't know then or now. I only asked her to tell him. She may not have told him. She may not have been able to tell him. And if she told him he may not decide to add the news to the PR. He may think a PR only about USPTO is better. We will see when the PR comes out.

That he wouldn't know would not surprise me of course.
