Remember the 2008 shareholder meeting when management claimed $3M to $6M of PDSG revenues for 2009?

Remember your 120 Day Pledge from January, 2010? Before May 31, 2010, you promised to tell the shareholders how your were going to grow profits with PDSG or sell it.

PDSG revenues for the quarter ending August 31, 2010, were $94,000 with a loss of $540,000.

Looks like you have compromised shareholder value and your integrity by not keeping your word.
