OK. Let me get this straight.

PTSC gives Deutsche Bank over $5M. Then they pay six figures in legal fees to sue for the return of principal, interest, fees and costs.

Stay with me now.

After months/years of litigation, PTSC accepts a $648,740 loss on principal, no interest, no fees, no costs AND can you imagine how much time was wasted by BoD/ management to conclude this sensational settlement.

Oh, I know. If Deutsche Bank is able to redeem for full value we may get more. Well, we would have gotten that without this "settlement".
