yes, the recent news from the PTO is very important! It might mean that they will not tolerate any frivilous reexam requests.

It's time to go after infringers in a big way! We might still be able to work with TPL, but we should NEVER trust them. If the common goal is to get every dollar that we can from the patents, we can work with them.

But, Ild rather see CM and PTSC own 100% and then make a deal like EDIG has with Duane Morris.

Something need to be done soon. We have to go after the infringers for SERIOUS settlement amounts. Amounts that makes news! When that happens we will be way above $1 a share.
