TPL and PTSC can still settle the differences outside of the court.

Each side draws their line... presents their case. Each side has a good arguement for their case.

At the end-- time passes hurts both sides... and eventually they will resolve the issue. Sucks in the meantime....

let just hope PTSC actually improves their position/leverage in a new master agreement and not actually lose the little power/control they have.
