Before the last CEO was fired, a PTSC director was told by a consulant(like Baroni) that a CEO is given "two quarters to turn things around".
Looks like the majority/all the directors agreed.
If that same PTSC director were to ask a consultant(like Baroni), how long do you give a director to "turn things around", what do you think the answer would be?
Bet ya that director wouldn't ask that question. Might not want to feel guilty when taking big fees and more options.
