DL and TPL got it done early with the MMP.. 200+ million thats more than PTSC and their BOD could have done alone.

I still refuse to believe that DL commited any fraud against Moore. Moore is a loose cannon and probably should have protected himself better... he collected his millions and only really questioned the agreement/ownership once the money stopped coming in.

Pretty sure DL has himself protected regarding that issue...

I think once TPL started buring through the cash from the intital MMP licenses---- the party was over and DL started to squirm his way through by taking advantage of the situation with the combined licensing--- increasing the "costs" for the MMP..etc.

Once everyone gets paid again--- all these jokers will be best friends and hugging and kissing...

if DL can be controlled/monitored---- i still believe they can get the MMP back on track----
