While others are preoccupied with the ongoing PTSC/TPL/DM dispute and its inherent ramifications, let's not lose sight of the significance of the '336 re-exam victory. The '336 is the bread & butter, chief revenue producer at present and for the foreseeable future IMO, current legal dispute between the parties notwithstanding. Without the '336, PTSC is a shell.
Sure, without the 336, the dispute is meaningless, I get it.........and because of the dispute, basically the 336 is rendered uninforceable.........If the adversaries can't stall forever with the USTPO, they must be chuckling with delight that we're having to go at each other.........meanwhile, no licenses and money continues to get siphoned away......As bad as mgmt. has demonstrated their ability to run a company, they cannot rollover on this one....IMO........
