As you stated in a previous post, repeating something over and over doesn't make it true, so perhaps you should stop this particular line of defense you post ad nauseum.
If you were to follow your simple stipulation in your first sentence, you'd realize your error. But apparently, you stopped to think and once again forgot to start again.
PTSC has no EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS. Hasn't for quite some time. It has Directors, and Executives Officers, but none that serve both roles. They haven't since Turley was dismissed. Apparently, you either don't realize that or you're unfamiliar with the terms you're throwing around.
Additionally, considering that the directors and executives on multiple occassions have characterized our directors as a "working board", one has to question what that means and how the lines of director and exectutive are blurred by this characterization. Compounding that conflation, confusing, and muddling of roles is the CASH payments that were made to certain "Non-Executive Working Board" members "For their efforts" at a time when cash payments had not yet been authorized by the company back in May/June of 2005.
So contrary to what you assert, the filings do not state what you say, nor in practical experience, does the company's executives and directors work as you imply or as the SEC filings would lead one to infer.
