Please name the non-executive directors and their clearly defined roles. In their clearly defined roles as non-executive directors do they not have a duty to the shareholders to exercise good judgement which may actually mean questioning the "good judgement" of the executive director? Or, are they merely there for the paycheck?

Who is the executive director, whose due diligence was so thorough, that the non-executive directors were all in for Talis, Avot, Vigilys, Holocom, Iameter (did I miss any?)
