In the swartz waiver, consent, release form (from master agreement)....he gave up his rights to the patents which were assigned to him by PTSC. He was also supposed to file all proper documents with USPTO to release his interests.

If you run a USPTO patent title search, you will see PTSC as assignor and Swartz as assignee but I couldn't find the release by Swartz.

Perhaps not a big deal because he did sign the waiver, consent and release. However, he was supposed to file documents supporting this release....who at PTSC is monitoring such things? Carlton Johnson?
