I think you are more accurate with the corruption statement than the ineptitude one. I don't believe anyone in their (BOD) position could be as stupid as they have displayed. Remember stupidity is not a crime, as long as they can hide behind that they are safe. Perhaps it is finally time to look into other posibilities? Unfortunately, I think the SEC has to be involved. I think they should investigate this trial. Does anyone really believe that these complaints against TPL are going to a conclusion where all evidence will be exposed. The clue is in the last 10Q where our company states it would be better to continue licensing through TPL. This is all a big bluff and only because it was Barco that publicly exposed the illegal and unethical dealings of TPL. Does anyone really believe that our BOD knew nothing of these on going activities before that? The fox is in the Hen House. No wonder Leckrone defends our hard working (?) BOD. JMO and only because there is no other logical conclusion to the highly secrative, totally stupid manner in which our licensing activities have been handled. If they don't like my conclusions then start enlightening investors with details. This isn't the CIA. It is suppose to be a Public company.
