I do remember Dan Leckrone interrupting someone at an annual shareholder meeting to shout that the BoD deserved every penny they were paid and probably more.

Sounds like he did not want any changes to the BoD. What if some new director would have recommended more oversight on TPL and PDS????????? UH OH!!
