I think the share price is also suffering from a no confidence BOD that makes decisions based upon their own short term greed without sufficent DD on the ramifications of their decisions.

Miles, I know you say it is not their fault that someone else is making the decisions,

but in this case you are wrong, all the major decisions are driven by the usual suspects

that are our illustrious BOD with only one goal, their own pockets.
