IMO.. the reason there are soo many court cases pending--- is because the patents have TEETH and worth alot of money.

otherwise these issues would have been settled..moved on..... but here people are sticking to their guns... fortifying their positions--- because its alot of money at stake.

i also think that the conflict between PTSC & TPL is very similiar to the fighting that Fish had with PSTC (even though there was a contract-- ownership transfer earlier---) and now Moore vs TPL.... comes down to one thing only. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I am just praying that PTSC actually improves their position--- for more control/transperancy and not actually go the opposite direction.
