too many shareholders are sucked into the same vacume as our BoD.
Everyone wants to sit around and wonder, argue and pay lots of lawyers to try to figure out something that might take weeks, months, years or never. Of course, that's the pattern; deal with problems-don't plan how to prevent them.
The BoD/management better get off their butts and start promoting the positive aspects of our company and find ways to enhance shareholder value in spite of the problems they have created.
But, what if they don't know how to do that?
