Reading the denial, for me it's more and more clear, that the 336 patent is stable as a rock. Ok, we never can be sure which next reex. come up, but IMO it's done. After 6 reex. years of investigation and "fhights", we've hopefully reached the end.

So, next step is to be back on track and collect license fees.
