Greetings.
This is a publicly readable forum, its postings are indexed by Google and other search engines. Topics that are often discussed here are questionable flows of money and possible mal/mis/nonfeasance by fiduciaries. Since Google draws the attention of people searching for our company to this forum, I am obliged to spend time monitoring it and to reply when postings occur which may be taken to associate our company with wrongful things.
I am writing in reply to a potentially harmful speculation about our company.

GreenArrays is a Nevada C Corporation with stockholders, a Board of Directors, and Officers. It is not a private fiefdom; Charles H. Moore is a stockholder but neither he nor anyone else has sole control over the company. GreenArrays obtains funds in the usual ways for legitimate small manufacturing companies: We have obtained capital from the sale of stock, we have borrowed money from our team members who are also stockholders, and we will shortly be earning revenue from our customers. None of this is the public's business, of course, but there are no great secrets in this and I have no problem with going on to state that, as far as I know, none of our stockholders is involved with PTSC or TPL or any of their various subsidiaries in any capacity. None of our funding has come from PTSC or TPL or any of their affiliates or employees. It is true and a matter of public record that two members of our team are currently suing TPL, et al, and it is also possible that some of our team members may own small amounts of PTSC stock; it is none of my business to ask them about that, but we should all be aware of the laws about insider trading at least insofar as those laws are written down, and I will state unequivocally that I do not own or control any PTSC stock and neither does our company's treasury.
The answer to CenturyCom's question is a matter of public record:

I have also read recent speculation about how Chuck is surviving with *ZERO* income from the MMP and how he is able to finance his lawsuit. People, please. That is his business. However, for the benefit of the suspicious, Chuck is not part of any scam to deprive you of your rightful few cents a share from whatever remaining revenue the MMP produces; nor is Chuck suing TPL as part of any other scheme. Chuck is not being financed by PTSC, by TPL, or by any of their creatures, nor by the Mafia nor the CIA. Chuck does not receive support from any current or past officer or director or other critter of TPL or PTSC except those of us who once worked for IntellaSys and whose names appear on our website. He is merely a citizen who is seeking redress of grievances using his own resources.
Inasmuch as I believe PTSC has received more than ten times as much money from its half of the MMP patents as Chuck has from his half, it is evident that Chuck's grievances go considerably deeper than do PTSC's. And, for the record, what PTSC offered Chuck for his half some years ago was an even worse deal than that.
Please, if you have questions like these in the future, just PM them to me and I will be happy to answer them. I would much rather spend my time working to make our chip company successful at selling useful things than in writing messages like this one!
I wish you all well - Greg Bailey, President, GreenArrays, Inc.
