To all shareholders:

1. Understand that "under the circumstances" GKRichard makes a valid point.

2. Ask " why is it so?" Complaining, bitching and moaning is not an answer and doesn't help.

3. Do you believe that PTSC possesses IP that should make the share price trade at substantially higher levels?

4. What needs to be done starting now? Don't waste time speculating on what is going on in the courtroom. You may never know.

5. In other words, what specific recomendations do you have to make positive changes that should result in a more successful PTSC and enhanced shareholder value?

I think this is a constuctive way to utilize this forum. We may find that a large number of members reach the same conclusions for change. Then we can go to the next step.

Besides, the BoD does not know the answer to these questions and they desperately need your help.
