that Mr. Fish was in fact the sole inventor of patent 336, part of a broader patent portfolio owned by Patriot Scientific and perhaps Chuck Moore... MINUS patent 336. IF Patriot can prove that Russell Fish was the sole inventor and Moore had no input on the design then it would appear as though Moore would indeed be out of the picture with regards to this particular patent. Perhaps Mr. Fish would like to avail us of his testimony...? It will be interesting to see just what Patriot has in the way of evidence to support this... and they apparently feel as though they hold the winning cards.
