1. "Do not anticipate" does not mean "we will never". But that doesn't really matter because:

3. PTSC didn't loan Alliacense the $410K.

4. PDS loaned Alliacense the money, as an advance (in my understanding) on prospective future revenue disbursements.

It's still "outrageous" but not as black and white as you paint it.

This is why the whole convoluted PDS setup was criticized by some way back when things looked all peachy. And why the use of Alliacense/TPL was similarly reviled. PTSC has no control, no insight, and no recourse.
