Your judgments all come with the benefit of hindsight. Do you expect that being a message board gadfly will increase shareholder value for all of us? It's an enormous waste of time and effort unless you folks have some backdoor plan in place that you have been working on behind the scenes.

I don't see how having Stan Caplan (really a disgruntled ex-insider who signed off on the agreements that have "gotten us into this mess" ) or Brian (also a disgruntled quasi ex-insider as shareholder rep) or Pedro Lozano (aka message board "thecleanser" who has so many aliases on & off this message board that I have lost count)- I don't see how having any of these guys in a BOD seat would make any difference. Is this the grande plan? What's in it for you?
